IRIS; Intelligent Room Interface System
Humble beginnings
IRIS was developed in Singapore in 1992 and was one of the first few Room Control Systems that pioneered the use of Energy Management Systems in Hotels such as Goodwood Park Singapore, Grand Hyatt Jakarta and Hilton in Bali.
The IRIS 2000 Guestroom Controller System and the IRIS 3800 Bedside Console Panel System was also developed to work with the IRIS 1300 & IRIS 1500 Energy Management System for a fully fledged hotel guestroom control system.
